IW 24: Leadership in Contemporary Business Environment

This course is part of the International Week 24 in Wolfsburg, Germany.

The course explores and seeks to draw attention to the role of leadership in addressing contemporary work place and organizational issues. It challenges students to the tools of effective leadership communication, team building, decision making and problem solving. Applying a variety of teaching methods, students will have fun in understanding these essential elements of leadership and engage in practical ways of leading. Students should, at the end of the course be able to demonstrate these key leadership abilities.
